Over the past couple of months, Jen and Jon have been feverishly brewing test batches on the Nano System (brews one keg at a time).
Rare Beer Night is a recurring series that will take place on the third Wednesday of each month.
The evening will feature 3-5 test batches and attendees will receive full pints of each beer. Tasty food pairings will also be provided.
For the month of March, we will have cheeses from The Fairfield Cheese Company (owner Laura will be on hand to discuss the pairings), Charcuterie from Fairway Market, and a mouth-watering dessert that will cap off the night.
The event will be capped at 40 people.
