Greenwich Avenue will transform into the ultimate high fashion catwalk with an evening of style in celebration of its annual‘Fashion on the Avenue’ event on Thursday, September 12.
Greenwich Avenue will be closed from Lewis to Elm Streets for a live outdoor ‘red carpet’ runway show beginning at 6:00 p.m. featuring local retailers and designers. This year’s show is twice the size of last year, with over 80 models expected to strut the best of the Fall collections down the Avenue. The show will also feature a performance by dancers from The Arthur Murray Grande Ballroom of Greenwich, and a car show of ‘sexy’ models presented by Mercedes-Benz of Greenwich.
Fashion on the Avenue is free and open to the public to attend.

Following the fashion show, stores will host open house parties up and down the Avenue for guests to enjoy refreshments, music and see the new collections.
