Join us for a 2-day workshop with CCP Associate Printer Christopher Shore.
This workshop explores both watercolor and aquarelle crayon monotypes utilizing screenprinting techniques. Artists create unique prints as well explore the layering possibilities of overprinting on drawings, prints, or other media. Other basic silkscreen techniques are introduced, such as color blends, ghost printing and simple registration techniques.
Christopher Shore received his MFA in printmaking from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. He has studied printmaking in Venice and Florence, Italy. His work explores many traditional and non-traditional printmaking techniques and has been exhibited internationally. Chris is the Workshop Manager and Associate Printer at CCP.
