The Back 80 - A Historical Hike Through The SM&NC Forest

Description

Join Will Kies, director of education, to explore the SM&NC's 80-acre forest. Come and learn the natural history of the forest while looking for landscape clues on its past uses. On the hike, participants will visit some of the less frequented spots on the trails, including an old farm dump and relics from the Stamford Water Company's onsite operations. Please dress for hiking and wear appropriate footwear.
