Cove Island Park

Rocky shorelines, coastal views, ocean breezes, what more could you ask for? Cove Island Park has all of this and more including a one-mile route for walking or running, lawn areas perfect for post workout cool downs, and a cycling path.

Scalzi Park

For those closer to downtown, Scalzi Park is the perfect place to break a sweat. The park features running and hiking trails as well as tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. The park is also home to Cubeta Stadium and the Stamford American Legion baseball team.
