Stamford Family YMCA: Third Annual Fine Food For a Cause

The Palace Theatre was packed for the third annual Fine Food for a Cause, a celebration of Stamford dining featuring tastings from Barcelona, Bartaco, Columbus Park Trattoria, Quattro Pazzi, Bar Q, Tabouli Grill, Sushi Charlie, Sweet Lisa’s, Napa & Co. and David’s Soundview Catering, among others. The event, emceed by Chris Hansen of NBC’s Dateline, raised funds to support the YMCA’s youth development and healthy living programs, including the development of a teen wing with a multipurpose kitchen that would be used to teach cooking and nutritional education.

Thomas Sanseverino, president of Camsan Inc., and Dr. Madhu Mathur of Stamford Hospital were honored for their longtime support of the Y and for their work in helping children with special needs.
