Kids in Crisis draws attention to Child Abuse Awareness Month

While driving down High Ridge Road, you may have noticed the field of pinwheels in front of Rippowam Middle School. Recently, volunteers from Trinity Catholic High School helped install them as part of the Kids in Crisis effort to raise awareness of Child Abuse Awareness Month. Numbering 1,864, the pinwheels represent the number of Fairfield County children abused or neglected last year.
